About this generator

Show it off instead of laying it flat. Two easels a hand apart hold almost anything.

How to use

  1. Measure the thickness of what you want to display and set the ledge.
  2. Set the height and depth.
  3. Print one or two and place them a little apart.

Printing tips

  • Print flat, without supports.
  • For heavy things like a thick book, use a deeper foot and a bar of 9 mm or more.
  • A strip of felt or rubber under the foot stops it sliding.

Frequently asked questions

One or two?

One works for a card or a small frame if you make it 25 mm or thicker. For plates, books and tablets, use two.

How tall should it be?

The back only needs to reach about two thirds up the object. A taller back also needs a deeper foot.
