About Printaro Tools

Printaro Tools is a free collection of generators for 3D printing. You choose a tool, set the sizes and text you need, and download a file that is ready for your slicer.

Who makes it

Printaro Tools is made by Printaro, a small business that makes custom 3D prints and laser engravings. We built these tools for the parts we kept designing over and over, and made them available to everyone with a printer.

How it works

  • Every tool is a parametric model: a design that is built from the numbers and text you enter.
  • The 3D preview is built in your own browser, so changes show up right away.
  • When you download, our server builds the final STL or 3MF file. Files are deleted automatically after a short time.
  • The models are made with OpenSCAD, an open-source program for designing parts with code.

Free, no account

All tools are free to use and you don't need an account. There are no limits on how many models you make, apart from a short wait when many people are generating files at the same time.
