About this generator

The belt size nobody stocks, in an hour. For light loads; it will not replace a reinforced belt on a printer axis.

How to use

  1. Pick the profile that matches your pulleys.
  2. Set the number of teeth and the width.
  3. Print in TPU: the loop stands on its edge, the strip lies on its back.

Printing tips

  • TPU 95A or softer. PLA and PETG will crack.
  • Printed belts have no cords inside, so they stretch. Use them for light drives and add a tensioner.
  • A loop bigger than your bed? Print a strip and join the ends with a clamp.

Frequently asked questions

Does it fit my printer's pulleys?

The tooth pitch and height follow GT2 and HTD sizes, so it meshes with those pulleys. Because it stretches, do not use it for an axis that needs accuracy.

How do I work out the number of teeth?

Divide the belt length by the pitch. A 400 mm GT2 belt has 200 teeth.
