About this generator

A set of caps with your initials, so your bike stands out in the rack.

How to use

  1. Pick the valve type.
  2. Add one or two letters.
  3. Print open end down. Push the caps onto the valves.

Printing tips

  • Use the 3MF for colored letters.
  • 0.12 mm layers make the small letters cleaner.
  • If they are too tight, raise Fit adjustment by 0.1 mm.

Frequently asked questions

Why push-on instead of threaded?

Valve threads are very fine (0.8 mm pitch) and don't print reliably. The ribs inside grip the thread instead.

Presta or Schrader?

Presta valves are thin (about 6 mm) with a small nut on top, common on road bikes. Schrader valves are wider, like on a car tire.
