About this generator

Going on holiday? A filled bottle and this spike keep a pot watered for days.

How to use

  1. Pick your bottle's neck type (most current bottles are PCO 1881).
  2. Print with the open end on the bed.
  3. Fill the bottle, screw on the waterer, turn it over and push the spike into moist soil.

Printing tips

  • Start with a 1.5 mm drip hole; go smaller for slower watering.
  • PETG is best outdoors and for water.

Frequently asked questions

How do I use it?

Fill the bottle, screw the spike on and push it upside down into the soil. Water seeps out through the drip hole as the soil dries.

The water runs out too fast.

Use a smaller drip hole. Start with 1.5 mm and go down to 1 mm for slower watering.
