About this generator

Replace a broken cord stopper on a jacket, bag or tent without hunting for spare parts.

How to use

  1. Set the cord diameter and how many cords pass through.
  2. Print flat.
  3. Thread the cord through the round end. Slide it into the narrow end to lock.

Printing tips

  • PETG is a bit springy and holds longer than PLA.
  • If the cord slips, lower the grip by 5%.

Frequently asked questions

How does it work without a spring?

The narrow end of the slot is smaller than the cord. Pushed in there, the cord gets pinched and stays put. Pull it back to the round end to release it.

Can I use it for two cords?

Yes. Choose Two, for example for both ends of a drawstring.
