How big does it get?
The diameter is the base plus twice the range: a 6" ring around a 32 mm base is about 337 mm across, so check your bed.
Where is the range measured?
From the edge of the base to the outer edge of the ring.
Full or half ring?
A half ring shows the range on one side and is half as deep, so a 6" range fits more beds.
