About this generator

The right size for your drain, which shops never seem to have.

How to use

  1. Measure the drain opening.
  2. Choose holes or slots and their size.
  3. Print it as it stands and drop it in.

Printing tips

  • No supports: the rim is a 45° collar.
  • PETG stands up to hot water. PLA softens in a kitchen sink.
  • Rinse it regularly. Printed surfaces hold on to grease more than metal.

Frequently asked questions

Which opening size should I use?

3 to 4 mm for a kitchen sink, 2 to 2.5 mm to catch hair in a shower.

Does it sit flat?

The sloped rim rests on the edge of the drain and centres itself, so it works on most shapes of drain.
